First beautiful Peony shaped froth of the year....they never fail to make me happy.
...hope you are all set for a good weekend? It's set to be a busy one for me, which figures really, as it has been a hectically busy week already! I hope I manage to fit in a long lie as well...;))
oh, that is JUST what i needed to see. so lovely! mine are about to bust open. they are such magnificent flowers, aren't they? thanks for posting such great pictures!
peony-love is officially in the air! truly beautiful and what a wonderful scent. my mum lives next to a peony field (can you imagine?!) so we are lucky to have a house full. enjoy that lie in! xxx
I treated myself to a bunch from M&S yesterday, they smell delightful and I just can't stop looking at them. Can't seem to photograph them as well as you though. Really feathery and yes, frothy like you say. Best £5 spent in ages x
I love peonies. We cleaned out and tilled under our front garden. Nothing was supposed to be left but this spring one lone peony flower bloomed. That beautiful baby was indestructible!
I moved from Glasgow to Belfast in 2010 to live with my partner Ryan, and have since been focussing on our joint homewares business, abigail*ryan.
As 2011 progresses, and we get busier and busier with making and designing for our homewares line, I have decided to retire my jewellery business for the time being and take a long hiatus... this space has always been a place to document my jewellery work, so you can still access the archives to see what I have been doing for the last six years ;)
You can now find me over on our abigail*ryan blog, sharing bits of our life, work and recipe ideas...
Thank you for visiting! *** ----------------------------------

Your jewelry (and photos) are absolutely incredible! I am interested in eventually selling my own designs. How did you get started?

Gorgeous! I'm having peonies in my wedding bouquet.

Oh, these peonies are lovely. My brother has some in his garden, I might go and steal some of them!
